You can cancel your order any time before we have confirmed service with you and 8 or more hours after service has been confirmed. You cannot cancel within the first 8 hours after service is confirmed. Our service providers put the time in confirming your service, scheduling your service and are committed to getting your property cleared by not taking on more work if it interferes with the timing of your service. If you cancelled, they may be disappointed they turned down another customer and committed to your job and it would not be fair to them.
